Terms of Use

These Terms apply when you use POVIKOO to watch videos, read stories, create posts, or interact with creators. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

Account registration is currently available only to adults 18 years or older. You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and not misuse or impersonate someone else's account. The service is currently an early-access website; features and availability may change.

2. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of material you create. By posting content to POVIKOO, you give POVIKOO a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, distribute, and technically adapt that content as necessary to operate and promote the service, and to allow visitors to view and share its links. This license ends when your content is deleted, except as necessary for reasonable technical backups, prior sharing, legal compliance, or resolving disputes. You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload.

3. Community rules

Do not upload or share illegal or abusive content, including:

• Child sexual abuse material, exploitation, or content that endangers children.
• Intimate images or realistic synthetic intimate images of anyone shared without permission.
• Threats, stalking, targeted harassment, hate, or the disclosure of another person's private information.
• Copyright-infringing uploads or impersonation.
• Spam, fraud, malware, dangerous instructions intended to facilitate harm, or attempts to compromise POVIKOO.

If content depicts a real person, you are responsible for obtaining the permissions required by law. Be respectful when commenting and reacting to others.

4. Reporting and moderation

You may report posts or comments using available controls. We may investigate reports, hide or remove material, limit features, or suspend accounts if warranted for safety, rule enforcement, or compliance. Reports do not automatically remove material. 5. Privacy and public sharing

Published posts and profile information may be viewed by the public. Do not include information you need to keep confidential. Our Privacy Policy describes our information practices and how to request account or personal information deletion.

6. Availability and changes

POVIKOO is in early access. Videos, accounts, features, and uploads may experience limitations or interruptions. We may change features or these Terms and will update the effective date when needed. Please keep copies of important original content.

7. No guaranteed income

POVIKOO currently makes no promise of creator payments, royalties, monetization, or advertising earnings. Any future programs would have their own terms.

8. Disclaimer and responsibility

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for your own posts and interactions; POVIKOO does not endorse all user submissions. Nothing here limits consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
